What this policy covers

It covers this website, the booking and enquiry forms reached from it, and the information exchanged in the course of coaching, retreats, and corporate work.

It does not cover other websites linked from here. Those have their own policies.

Information you give directly

You only give information when you choose to. That happens in a few places.

• Booking a connection call, which collects your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to a short intake questionnaire about what you are working through.
• Emailing the address above, which means we hold whatever you put in that message.
• Registering for a retreat, which involves your booking details and travel relevant information, along with payment details handled by a third party payment processor.
• Enquiring about corporate wellness or speaking, which collects your name, organisation, and contact details.

Payment card details are never stored on this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when a page is requested. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is standard server and security logging, handled in part by the site host and by Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site.

This site also runs a crawler logging plugin that records when automated crawlers, including search engine and AI crawlers, visit the site. It records the crawler identity, not the identity of human visitors.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, connected through the Google Site Kit plugin, to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate usage. It is used to improve the site, not to build an advertising profile of you.

There are currently no advertising pixels on this site. No Meta pixel, no advertising retargeting tags.

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the browser add on that Google publishes for that purpose. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site.

Third party services used on this site

Some parts of this site are provided by other companies. When you interact with them they may receive data and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

• The booking widget used to schedule a connection call, which is hosted by the practice CRM and handles your booking details.
• YouTube, which hosts the client testimonial videos. These are embedded in privacy enhanced mode so YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you press play.
• Google Maps, used for the location map in the footer.
• A Google Reviews widget, which displays reviews already published publicly on Google.
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used across the site.

How your information is used

• To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and deliver a connection call.
• To deliver coaching, retreats, or corporate work you have booked.
• To send you information you asked for, or that relates to a booking you have made.
• To keep records required for running a business, including payment records.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

Your information is not sold, and it is not rented or traded to anyone.

Who your information is shared with

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the practice, and only to the extent needed. That includes the booking and CRM platform, the payment processor for retreats, the website host, and email. Each holds it under its own terms.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

Confidentiality of coaching

What you share in coaching sessions, on a connection call, and in the intake questionnaire is treated as confidential and is not shared with anyone else.

There are narrow limits to that, and they are the ordinary ones. Confidentiality may be broken where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to another person, or where disclosure is required by law.

Coaching is not a licensed clinical relationship, so it does not carry legal privilege in the way that communication with a licensed therapist, doctor, or attorney does. That is worth knowing before you decide what to share.

How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, and for as long as business and tax records must legally be retained. Beyond that, it is deleted.

You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner. Email the address above and it will be done, except where a record must be kept by law.

Your rights over your information

Whatever your location, you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address above and the request will be handled.

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of certain processing. Those rights are honoured for everyone who asks, not only Colorado residents.

If you are in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site and this practice are intended for adults. Services are not offered to anyone under 18, and information is not knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child has given information through this site, email the address above and it will be deleted.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, sits behind a security and performance provider, and access to the systems holding your information is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and no one can promise otherwise, but the reasonable measures are in place.
